I had a quarter of tomato pita with turkey, cheese and bruschetta. Drank a glass of water. Had a few grapes for dessert.
I am really not sure how it stands calorie-wise because it's store bought.0 -
I'm having 2 hard boiled eggs, oven roasted turkey breast, salami slices, mozzarella cheese stick, green bell pepper, Fage plain yogurt with some Hidden Valley ranch mix in it, Starbucks Coffee + Milk bottled drink and Muller Greek strawberry yogurt w/ chia seeds for dessert. ~744 cals.0

Mexican food! My friends and I are going to a Mexican place near our office. I'll probably have guacamole, beans and two flautas.0

Spinach salad with red peppers, cucumbers, white onion, feta cheese, slow-roasted chicken (homemade), and poppyseed dressing. My favourite! I literally have this salad at least 3 times a week.0

I splurged today! I had szechuan bean curd and rice for lunch at the chinese place near the office. Totally worth it.0

2 pesto basil talapia over zucchini noodles.

I had a slice of cheese pizza without the crust and a small portion of Caesar salad. Couldn't have topped 300 calories0

6 oz of chicken breast ( which i had already cooked) and a box of green giant teriyaki frozen vegtables. Chop up my chicken and mix it in- tastes like a stirfry without the rice and comes in at 320 calories. I buy different boxes of vegtables to change it up everyday, but this has been my go-to lunch for the past week or so.0

Since I woke up at 11 today sick, my day is a little off. Right now I'm having coffee, pretzels with hummus and a nectarine.0

I usually have hard boiled eggs and turkey sausage, with homemade pita chips and hummus. That is always delicious.
My new obsession has been chicken wraps--either grilled chicken, deli chicken breast, or even a couple of chicken nuggets aren't too bad and they are delicious. Then with some lettuce and other greens.
On days I don't feel like packing, I loud up on snacks (carrot sticks, granola bar, fruit salad, pretzels, banana etc) then have something more filling for dinner0 -

Normally I have a sandwich and an apple but once or twice a week I'll bring leftovers and today is one of those days.
This recipe has no name but is an old WW recipe I found years ago...
2-3 bell peppers chopped
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 can petite diced tomatoes (w/ chilies if you like heat)
14 oz turkey keilbasa, sliced or halved and sliced
2 cups cooked rice or 4-6 oz egg noodles
Saute peppers and onion until softened. Add tomatoes and keilbasa and heat through. Add rice/pasta
Done!
Last night, instead of using turkey keilbasa, I used some Chourico (chorizo) and it gave it a nice zing. Not too many more calories, surprisingly, and hubby liked it a lot so I'll probably use that again.0 -
Chicken salad made with Greek yogurt, grapes, apples and raisins over a bed of romaine lettuce. Topped with toasted walnuts. Mm...
