I'm eating about 1200 calories a day and exercising/running 5 days a week. Does anybody think that I should be eating more or will I still lose weight at this caloric range? I'm 36 years old and about 5'8". I have about 13-15 pounds of weight I gained while pregnant that I would like to lose and I'm trying to do it as quickly but healthy as possible.

Your calories are too low for the amount of exercises you are doing. Set your weight loss to 1 lb. a week and you'll get more calories to eat. You should also eat back at least half of the exercise calories. Your body need fuel to support lean muscle tissue and other health issues. This link will explain it all to you:

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

Good heavens, no!
Carbs are not the big bad boogeyman in terms of weight loss. Overeating carbs is the problem. Stay within your calorie limit by eating a variety of foods and snacks. The weight will drop.0 -
Yeah - I know. I'm being impatient.0
