    Great post for puzzled new folks....I too at one time had NO IDEA why folks would bump it...now I see that we only get so much space to keep items on the list (of course you can still do a search for them...so no worries, just try to remember a key word) or in our own topics seciton.

    I bump important items every so often for new folks and myself alike
