Constant dieter 'starting over' for the last time :)

So I've tried every single fad out there but about 3 months ago I decided to just stop with all of that and just take more notice about what I was eating. That simple.
I cut back on the 1.5 hours of cardio I was doing each day and made sure I was consuming as little packaged food as possible and eating heaps of soups and salads when I felt peckish.
Anyway it worked!!
I've dropped nearly 3kg in about 2.5 weeks.
So I decided to try MFP one last time to see if it helped keep me on track in terms of portion sizes and making myself accountable for those times I do slip up.
Looking forward to getting back into this community again (it's been a few years now!).
