Gillian Michaels Body Revolution or Focus T25?

Hi,

I have just re-started my fitness regime (after falling off the wagon for a few months!) and am seeing a trainer twice a week for an hour doing a mixture of lifting, kettlebells and boxing. I'm looking to add to this for the remaining days of the week. I have been re-doing the 30 day shred until now, but need something different as my body is used to it now.

I have heard great things about Shaun T and Focus T25 but also love Gillian as I’ve been doing her DVDs on and off for a few years and have always got great results. My question is, should I invest in her body revolution programme or T25? Like everyone else, my goal is to lose weight and tone up (30lbs in total). My arms are my main trouble zone.

Thanks in advance!

I just finished her body revolution. I didnt lose weight, since i am in maintenace mode, but definitely more toned and stronger. She pushes you to do things you could never do, which I like. I have not done others so I can't comment on them.

I am wondering about Jillian too. I have Focus T25 and just got done with week 1. It is challenging but I would also like to see what the responses about Jillian are.

Curious about this myself, as I'm just moving onto phase three of 30DS and already trying to plan what to do next. My co-worker is really enjoying T25, but he's the kind of person that lives to exercise.

I personally prefer Body revolution to t25- I did both of them finished body revolution lost about 4 kg ( mind you i don't have much to lose)- t 25 I finished Alpha, and did 3 weeks of Beta- BUT i found T25 VERY boring .
Now i'm doing Les Mills Combat combined with running - so far so good :drinker:
