If you consider your wallet to be fat, then yes, they burn excess away quite well.

    /snark

There exists on Earth no pill which causes you to lose weight/burn fat without terribly affecting your health. Dollars better spent on good foods or exercise gear.

Here I thought we could make it through ONE DAY without the "does this diet/supplement work?" I think we need a refresher on how MFP works. Real food (in moderation) plus regular exercise equals healthy life. Why do people think there are shortcuts?

There really isn't such a thing as a "fat burner" pill. All have a stimulant of some sort (usually caffeine) and lots of other "mild" thermogenic supplements. But NONE of them work without calorie deficit.

Thing is, calorie deficit works without the supplements. Just realize that most of what you're getting from a thermogenic is a bump from the stimulant in it.

  • im not relying on the supplement to do the work for me… still exercising and eating healthy.. but i did suspect that it was mostly just bump from the stimulant. Thanks to the people who were helpful.. and to the others.. why comment if u hav nothing constructive to say?
