anyone wants to lose weight without cardio ?

does this happened to any one , losing weight with jusst caloric deficit . no cardio at all !!

Caloric deficit is the only requirement for losing weight--barring health conditions. Exercising makes it easier because you can eat more food, but it's not necessary to lose weight.
