okay so i have quite fat thighs does anybody know any exercises to slim them down

Walking, running, pushups, squats, wall sits, yoga, thousands of fitness videos, jumping jacks, jump rope, etc.
Eat at a deficit. Anything that increases that deficit will help (within reason).0 -
