If I were to try and maximize such a small amount of time I would try to clean and press X as much as I could in the time and try to beat my record each time.

The 7 minute workout? It's pretty tough, and I'm out of shape so I've modified it a bit, but it's short (and really hard).

kettlebell swings, snatches, clean and press, jerks, high pulls and true snatches - or any combination

kettlebell hand to hand drills if you get really good

    running hills or stair repeats

    step ups

turkish get ups ( or any kind of getting up and laying down repeats )

Put on some fast music and dance.
Something I like to do is roll up a hand towel and put some rubber bands on it. Throw it up in the air (almost to the ceiling but not quite). As it falls, kick it hard with a karate front kick or punch it. Then pick it up quickly and keep doing that over and over. This also improves coordination.

There were these workouts on youtube. Something about blenders. It was in the fitness section of the videos. Oh I'm drawing a blank here, but they were pretty good workouts. I'm sure someone will come along and tell you about it.

Fitness Blender had a lot of good workouts. They do them in rep sessions so you could take say the kettle bell workout due one rep session, come back do another later etc.
Do Lunges, Squats, pushups, situps, jog in place, if you have steps do stair climbing, jump ropes, jumping jacks and more! Lots of choices!
