Wow. You're at 10% of your former jeans size! That is RIDICULOUS.

I know you said you don't want to wear them out of the house yet, but when you do..... leave the tag on. :-P

yer eating 1800 cals right now?

    on maintenance?

how long on VLCD and 12oo cal refeed did it take you to lose all that weight?

how long did you do 15oo cals as maintenance?

how long have you been on 1800 cals as maintenance?

do you plan to increase further for maintenance?

did any of these increases cause temporary weight gain before leveling off.

do you have a plan to get rid of the overhang on the size 2 pants? have you heard of ways to correct this? besides surgery?

was your low cal low fat low carb plan prescribed by your doctor or was this all you just making steady appointments for lab work?

yer eating 1800 cals right now?

    on maintenance?
I am currently on maintenance and eating 1800 calories a day

how long on VLCD and 12oo cal refeed did it take you to lose all that weight?
I did this for 13 months in total - went down from 340 - 165

how long did you do 15oo cals as maintenance?
I did 1500 cals for about 2 week, but I still kept losing (currently around 148), because I still walk daily and work out with a trainer twice a week which is a lot more activity than I had been doing, so I gradually increased up to the current 1800 while I am still trying to find the right spot for maintenance

how long have you been on 1800 cals as maintenance?
I've been at 1800 for about 2 weeks now - but it seems to have the weight loss tapering off

do you plan to increase further for maintenance?
only if needed, if my weight stays where it is, then I would have no plans to increase it - I eat a whole heck of a lot at 1800 calories

did any of these increases cause temporary weight gain before leveling off.
no, I haven't had anything like that happen

do you have a plan to get rid of the overhang on the size 2 pants? have you heard of ways to correct this? besides surgery?
that overhang is more because the pants are a little snug yet -- the size 4's pretty much fit perfectly - that muffin top in the picture is a normal muffin top = it's not noticeable in the 4's - there is some extra stuff there though - but it is really unnoticeable in clothes - the Medium top is a new thing too as I thought I would be stuck in the larges on top because I'm a lttle top heavy

was your low cal low fat low carb plan prescribed by your doctor or was this all you just making steady appointments for lab work?
It was the doctor's plan where they worked out exactly what I could eat and how much of it. Because it was protein heavy and light everywhere else, my blood work was monitored every 2 weeks - early on, the increased proteins did put me at risk for gout/kidney stones which is why the program is closely monitored by the doctors -- it's also why there is a break after 3 months, so that you can eat normally and get the nutrients your body needs
