questions for ya, I loved the book and the idea along w/ the workouts. I am also interested in the turbo plan, how do you know the correct amount of calories to eat? I read "Choose to Lose" and it states to calulate your BMR (weight x 12 = calories, then if you subtract 500 daily you should lose 1 lb a week or 1,000 daily to lose 2 lbs a week). Is this the method you use?0
