My progress so far.

A little over 4 weeks. No beer. Eating healthy and never hungry. I have put in at leats an hour a day, everyday, on my stionary bike. 20 lbs. down. I am 1/3 my way to my college weight goal. I have not felt this good physically, mentally, and emotionally in years.

I am less than a mile from the Gulf of Mexico and gettin a Kayak in a week or two. I can't wait to ad that to my exercise regime.

I'll postnanother update photo on July 4th.

    Though i dont see the third pic, i could say you lost a lot of lbs.
