I'm short 1000 cals- meal ideas?

Im short 1000 calories. I need to find a way to eat them in a healthy way in the next 4 hours. I'm a vegan who can't eat anything non kosher. I'm at a loss! If you give me some ideas I'll run to the store!

    I stole this from yahoo answers ,

    " Best vegan dish ever; baba ganoush
    grill some thin sliced eggplants [or fry 'em in loads of oil to max your calories]. Then put it in the food processor with a spoonful of tahina [sesame-seed paste], some garlic, salt and pepper and finally, slowly add a lot of good olive-oil.

    It tastes like heaven, got all the vitamins from the eggplant, and is a calorie-bomb. Enjoy!

    Exactly what I was thinking.

    Fellow vegan here.
    Think nuts, seeds, and oils. Potatoes. Make a sandwich. Put hummus on it.
    Have you ever tried vegenaise? It's like mayo but vegan, of course. Killer on the cals though!

    Ummmmmm. Oatmeal with dates in it! Raisins!
    I dunno girl! What the heck do you have in the cupboard, lol.
  • Have you checked out the many protien shakes on the market? At GNC they have many protien shakes and they range from HIGH calorie shakes for body building to LOW CARB, ZERO sugar, low cal shakes like Atkins. I know those can provide not only calories, but protien and vitimans.
