    I don't remember total numbers, but once I had a whole pizza and TWO chocolate lava crunch cakes. I regret nothing.

    Highest recorded is just over 6000 after my brother's bucks night so most of that is beer and stripper glitter :S

    haha just kidding like 3-4,000 but I always do to ensure I feel like ****e afterwards :ohwell:

    I live in Buffet City. I've never tracked it, but Thanksgiving at one of those suckers has probably put me well over 5k. It's just a guess.

    That would probably just be a single meal.... but it was most likely the only one I ate!

    i ate 3588.
    no exercise.
    it was the day after christmas.
    i had 3309 the day before..
    i remember a cookie binge in the hotel room.
    it wasnt pretty. i literally ate most of what i could find in the room.
    i was so bored and ready to be home.

    I'm quite certain I've been over 12,000 before.

    Binging is bad enough but binging on and off for an entire 24 hour period on some of the most calorie dense foods around until you literally have to take a break to avoid puking it up...that adds up fast.

    Eating disorders can push you to both extremes with equal destructiveness.

    Its not like you do it because you want to. Its not as though the cheap crappy frozen **** you buy actually tastes good. Its compulsion. Anyone who's ever eaten through tears can relate to the self loathing cycle that goes with actually downing 5 digits worth of calories in a day.
