    Did you lost the weight with just diet? or have you worked out as well? because it seems like you only dieted (if I'm wrong then ignore the rest of my post)

    If you only dieted then you probably lost muscle as well as fat, and that's why you look the same. You need to work out (mainly strenght training) so you can build muscle and tighten that area.

    Thats very true!! also you might have lost water weight. This especially when you started cutting out carbs. With no exercise the centimeters dont go away
