when feeling particulary bloated what do people do to elliminate this or to help with this? feeling awful tday

When you say Bloated, is it after eating a meal or in general? Look at whether dairy or gluten affects how you feel try to cut one out for a couple of days and see how you go, you may be intolerant to either, worth a start. Try to drink 4 8oz glasses of water a day this may improve digestive transit. best of luck :-)0

The tea is a great suggestion and it helps with digestion also. I keep water pills on hand for times when it gets to be too much. I only take them as a last ditch effort and for only one day.0

Make sure you eat plenty of fibre and natural foods-no processed rubbish! Youll feel 100% better.0

Also you may want to watch your sodium intake, as that can make me puffy!0
