So I used this guide http://www.kcim.com/2013/03/popcorn-how-to-decipher-the-most-confusing-nutrition-label/ to measure properly, but I just want to make sure I did the math correctly.
One serving is 5 cups, so the entire bag there are two servings of 5 cups, which makes 10 cups of popped popcorn per microwaveable bag. So we do 10 cups * 15 calories per bag which gives 150calories! Also gives 30carbs 0fat, 0 protein and 400sodium.
Is my math correct?

I don't know if your math is correct - but I have a suggestion. Orville Reddenbacher 100 calorie smart pop mini bag!
Try them - it takes the guest work out of measuring and can stop you from overeating.0 -
Sounds right.0

thanks everyone for a prompt response!0

I'd hate to say it but it seems like there's 3 servings in each bag so 225 calories for the full bag.0

Actually, it's more like 322 calories (but only if all the kernels pop, assuming you don't eat unpopped kernels). From the image of the product box on the linked page you can see that each bag contains 85 g of product. A serving is 29 g (see the info just above the nutritional breakdown), and just to confuse you the nutritional information is given for both 1 cup popped and 2 Tbsp unpopped (which should be about 29 g -- it will vary with the size of the kernels and the ratio of kernels to denser ingredients like fats and salt -- 2 Tbsp of the plain jumbo kernels I have in the house only weigh 26 g). So, there is a little less than three of the 2 Tbsp/110 calorie servings in each bag (85/29 X 110), or 322 calories. Again, that's if you're eating everything in the bag -- no unpopped kernels or fat stuck to the inside of the bag left. I always assume I've consumed all the calories in the bag, just because it's easier than trying to guess what's left behind, and it means I can sample a bit of the stuck-on fat and salty goodness inside the bag wtihout eating something I haven't logged.0
