Hi there. Sometimes I see food listed and it says (Net Carbs). What does that mean?

It is something used by low carb dieters and some people with specific medical conditions involving blood sugar levels. Basically it is the total carbs minus the fiber and sugar alcohols = net carbs.
People following a low carb diet may track their net carbs.0 -
