So, I was invited to take part in a 30-Day ab challenge (outside MFP). And, I think I am going to be brave and do it. :ohwell:
Anyone want to join me? If I get enough responses, I will start a group.

Awesome.... I started a group called "30 Day Challenges" (original, I know....LOL) and will send you all invitations. Feel free to invite anyone you think may be interested.
Each day, I will post a number of sit-ups, crunches, leg raises, and a number of seconds for doing a plank. It doesn't look to scary to start out but each day will build. It looks doable, but a challenge!
For example: Day one is 15 sit-ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, and a 10 second plank. After ever third day, there is a rest day or you can opt to repeat the previous day. I am not sure where the challenge originated. A friend sent it to me through FB for a few of us to do.
