So good, for so long

Im a 6'4" male. I went to college last august at 220 lbs, by the time summer vacation rolled around I was at 190 lbs. Since moving home for the summer I worked myself down to 182 as of two days ago. That was two days ago....... the past two days have been all out binges. I told myself I was going to stop after the first binge (a late night 3000 calorie fiasco, but I was only at 651 calories for the day going in), then this morning I woke up, weighed myself at 185 and went for a 20 mile bike and a lift. Then lunch rolled around and my attempt at making a comeback was futile. I ate 1 cup of moo goo gai pan, 2 peanut butter sandwiches, and about 6 bowls of cereal....... then ate 2 bowls of snicker apple salad. I am still under calories for the day, and within my macros, but wayyyyyy over on sugar. Anyone have any tips to kick this little sugar binge streak and get back on track. I lift 5 days a week (different muscle groups) and do cardio 6 days a week (bike or run) and my goal is to get cut and down to 170 by the end of july. Any tips or suggestions are helpful

You might be lacking in a mineral or vitamin. If you are pretty sure you are good there.
I can tell something 3 years of therapy help me understand. Before you eat that sugary something. Write or text yourself 5 reasons why you want that sugar in your system? Then really stop and think is it something I need/want/or have to have.
Most times it will take you longer to do the steps then the craving last. If not it gives you a tracking guide. To help solve the mystery of the sugar hold.
P.S. I am salty crunchy. So chips are not allowed in my home. I will have a personal sized bag of "Popped Chips" once a month. And most times I list my 5 and the need/want/have to have falls under want. So I can easily dismiss it.
I have been watching a ton of hockey. The commercials will kill will power if I let it. So this is red alert time for me. No snacks in my house!
