What should I log?!

Hi everyone :) Just got back from a wonderful vacation and I ate a ton of really yummy food (deff went wayyyy over on calories and macros but hey you gotta live a little!) anyway now im back and getting back on track but for dinner tonight my mom bought me a special chicken burger patty from the butcher..its pretty big and has some veggies in it like corn and peppers and onions. I saved calories for it in my diary but because its from the butcher I really dont know what to log or how many calories are even in it! What would you guys log?? I dont know what to do lol

    I'd weigh it, take maybe 50g off the weight and log that as chicken mince, then log the 50g asmixed veg. Maybe a tablespoon of breadcrumbs too, because there is sure to be a binder.

    Sounds about right! Don't forget the sodium, if it's also a seasoned patty. :)

    Agreed, add maybe a tsp of seasoned salt and I think you're about right.
