PCOS - Vitamins and Supplements

To all my PCOS ladies-
What vitamins and supplements are you/have you taken that have produced positive results/weight loss?

I would like to lose 15 lbs or so. I don't consider myself overweight, I do call myself "skinny fat" if you will. I have a lot of muscle mass and some just some extra fat on my thighs and abdomen. I attempt to lose weight to no avail. I am on Spironolactone. I took Metformin and did not have any positive results. I have been reading a number of articles on vitamins and supplements to take and just wanted to see what has worked for the rest of this community. Cinnamon, Magnesium, Folic Acid, Saw Palmetto, Inositol, Vitex, etc? Please let me know what your experiences have been! I need help! I eat clean and workout 4-6x a week.

    I eat a high fat, moderate protein, lowish carbs and take Vitex also.

    The reason we with PCOS have such a hard time losing weight is because of the hormone imbalance.

    Just be patient, it will happen.

    Also, I have found that when I get enough sleep I am able to lose weight a bit more easier.
