I am not sure how to categorize some of my exercises.
I do the Plank, holding it for two minutes. Also, mountain climbers in sets of 40. Hindu Push-ups and Dive bombers are also not really accurate with sets, reps and weight being the only category under strength and cardio.
I am putting in the portion of weight I think I am using.
Any suggestions?

It's difficult to categorize my strength training as well. I just put it under cardio as "strength training" . As long as it's added to my exercise, I don't worry about it.0
