4 lbs:sad:0

I used to lose 10# a month, now it's only about 4# a month.0

9 pounds last month and currently at 8 pounds this month... I am about 18 pounds from where I want to be so I am sure it will start to slow soon...0

Which month? Weight loss isn't a linear thing....I lost much quicker early on when I had a good deal of fat on me. As I leaned out it became much slower...which is normal.
At the moment I've lost 3 actual Lbs in about 7 weeks which is right where I should be given my current BF% and intake.0 -
March: 3.8 lb
April: 4.4 lb
Somewhere between 1.1 and 1.2 lbs a week.0 -
In my first month I lost 15 lbs. This is the first week of month 2. My goal was 2 pounds a week but I guess the change in my WHOLE lifestyle shocked my body during the first month. I don't expect to keep to keep this pace up.0

I started May 3rd, and I'm at about 15lbs lost so far. I weigh in on Fridays, actually kind of excited to see what it comes out to in a couple days. Too bad it has to slow down!0

I signed up for MFP in mid-November (after a scary doctor's appointment.) However, I didn't start actively logging food & keeping track until mid-January. During the two month gap, I lost 13lbs. From there I lost 15lbs, 8lbs, 5lbs, and 5lbs each month. Looking at the rate I'm going for this month, I think I'll have another 5lb month. It feels like a healthy rate for me (making healthy changes, but not feeling deprived.)0

April 27th to May 27th = 15lbs0

This thread makes me feel better! I felt like I was losing so slowly and I am being very cautious of my cals in and out.
Jan-March 10 pounds
Then about 1-3 pounds a month after the initial loss0 -
first month about 20 pounds
now about 8-100 -
6.8 last month.0
-
When I first started 16 pds!0
-
I haven't lost much weight yet, but I lost 1 inch on my waist and two inches on my hips0
-
Somewhere between 4-8 pounds a month, weeks where i feel like everything is going correct and my workouts and eating are intense and focused seem to be more consistent in terms of results.0
-
Mine has varied so much. In five months, it has been between 3 and 8lb.

Month 1: 10 lbs lost
Month 2: 8.5 lbs lost (went away on 2 weekends - bad choices)0 -
I've lost 13 lbs this first month. I'm sure it will slow down some but I only just started into my second month of actively tracking everything.0
-
So far, started in Feb: ~10lbs, March:~5lbs, April:~4lbs, May:~4lbs. I am NOW only about 10 lbs overweight and 22lbs to goal so I am just hoping to stay with the 4lbs a month.0
-
In my first month it was about 10 lbs. I am nearing the end of my second month and suspect it will be about 7 lbs this month.0

28th March to 28th April: 3.6lb
28th April to 28th May: 2lb.
I think the 3.6 was partially down to doing the 5:2 diet. When eating on a casual deficit, 2lb a month is pretty standard. However, I've only got 10 pounds left to lose until I roughly hit my target BF (7%) and I've been doing weight lifting instead of cardio like I did the previous month.0 -
Feb 22- Mar 22: 24lbs
Mar 22- April 22: 12lbs
April 22- May 22: 11lbs
