I am looking to start adding protein shakes to my diet to get my protein up to where it needs to be, especially now that I have started running. (At best I only get half of the protein I need in a day). For my fellow Nova Scotians/Atlantic Canadians on here who use protein shakes, where have you found the protein powders at the best rate? (Asking those in my province as I know there are stores in Ontario we don't have here in Nova Scotia) Also, does anyone order it online where it might be a better rate?

In Nova Scotia your best bet is Costco (if you don't have a membership, find a friend with one) ...
The best-quality protein there (last time I checked) is the Kaizen Whey Isolate. It's high-quality, quite pure (around 92-93% protein, whereas some others are only 75% protein at Costco) and the chocolate tastes darn good.
If Costco's not an option for some reason, you can shop sales at SupplementsCanada.com or look for sales at a Popeye's in your area ...0 -
Popeyes definitely and if not...FitShop.ca has deals on certain items every week so you could always look on there0
