Hi I started on this weight-loss endeavorer Monday and was continuing to track well. Yet I needed to know is it the daily goals that I have set are higher than I expected. Is this because it's based on eating 5 or 6 meals a day? I would just like some help to clarify this for me. Because I'm noticing it's a little bit harder to hit those daily goal numbers since they are higher; but I know it's going by current weight and weight goal. Please advise thanks

MFP gives you the daily goals for calories/nutrition and it's up to you as to how you eat it. You could eat it all in 3 meals, 3 meals plus snacks, 6 small meals - whatever works best for you.
I'm not always good at fitting in snacks, but I find I really do best when I eat my three "big" meals of 300-400 (sometimes slightly more) calories each, plus morning, afternoon and evening snacks of 100-200 calories each.0 -
That's what I was following 5 meals a day.0
