My Progress so far...130lbs down.

Hi everyone. I felt like posting a pic of my progress so far, I can hardly call it a success story quite yet as I need to come down at least another 200+ pounds. But I thought I would share. Its been rough adjusting to eating right, I consumed nearly 9,000 calories a day before and now I eat just around 2500. I never ever feel full so its been all willpower to this point.

You're doing an amazing job!! It takes hard work and determination to do what you're doing, I know everyday is a struggle for me. Stick with it, little by little you do become more and more accustomed to eating less...although those cravings have yet to go away for me. Stay strong!!
