Hello everyone.........I just need some advice!! I have been going to the gym very regularly and I have managed to loose 17lbs doing this. I have currently hit a plateau and I can't get my numbers to move......
I usually do 30 min Cardio and 40 min Circuit.....
Does anyone have any advice on how I can nudge my numbers??
Thank you!!

You don't mention the most important thing to losing weight... How is your food intake? Are you logging accurately? Using a food scale? Do you have your calorie goal set correctly?0

or how long it's been since you lost weight...if it's been a week or two you are not at a plateau...0

How long has the plateau been going on? I recently went through two, 2-week flatlines.
It happens. As long as you are staying with the calorie goal accurately, it'll move again.0 -
Yep.
It doesn't matter what exercise you do (or whether you exercise at all really) if you aren't in a deficit.
If you would like tips on your diet, let us take a peak @ your food diary.0 -
Peek.

I am measuring everything and I am staying within my 1200 allowance. I do NOT eat my exercise calories back, I just keep them tucked away in my brain in case I indulge over a weekend. I set my diary to public........I believe I am going about this the right way......anyone feel free to take a peek!!
I haven't lost anything for about 3 weeks, last night at the gym I upped my Cardio too so I will see if this helps. I just don't want to get discouraged.0 -

Measuring or weighing?
1200 with no exercise calories seems like a recipe for disaster though, IMO.0
