colby jack snack sticks (don't get the weight watcher's ones - they suck! i get mine at Aldi's)
turkey sausage snack sticks (also from Aldi's - delish & cheap!)
rice crispie treats (the individually wrapped ones - don't fall for the generics, they're really not as good)
veggie straws (i really thought I'd hate them but they're great!)
pastry crisps (kinda like a smaller, thinner poptart. Special K's are awesome. Just bought some at Aldi's but haven't tried 'em yet.)

dark chocolate covered espresso beans (recently rediscovered these at Aldi's and they are just. so. good.)0 -

I usually go with something like a boiled egg or a bit of yogurt. If I'm in the mood for fruit, a banana does the trick too. After that...water water water.0

I like to switch between:
1 oz almonds
1 oz peanuts
a Kashi dark almond mocha granola bar
24 cinnamon teddy grahams
SmartPop Popcorn
Fiber One Chocolate Brownies
They all are pretty filling and range between 90-130 calories.0
