Figs, dates, and cheese seem to work well. Sometimes I need the protein from the cheese and other times its the fiber from the dried fruit.

Wasabi & soy almonds. But man, they are addictive. Beef jerky, cheese. I like the pre-sliced Gouda they have at my local Kroger. Pepperoni slices. String cheese. Hm. Pickles. Pickled eggs. I can't think of anything else.

be careful with a lot of these snacks. they are VERY high sodium.

colby jack snack sticks (don't get the weight watcher's ones - they suck! i get mine at Aldi's)

turkey sausage snack sticks (also from Aldi's - delish & cheap!)

rice crispie treats (the individually wrapped ones - don't fall for the generics, they're really not as good)

veggie straws (i really thought I'd hate them but they're great!)

pastry crisps (kinda like a smaller, thinner poptart. Special K's are awesome. Just bought some at Aldi's but haven't tried 'em yet.)

tuna pouches (plain, none of that crap with mayo added or whatever - awesome boost to your daily protein)

dark chocolate covered espresso beans (recently rediscovered these at Aldi's and they are just. so. good.)

I really like the edamame from Trader Joe's. After heating them up a bit i sprinkle salt on them and eat em outta the shell :) It's fun and they're yummy and low in calories and carbs.

I usually go with something like a boiled egg or a bit of yogurt. If I'm in the mood for fruit, a banana does the trick too. After that...water water water.

    I like to switch between:

    1 oz almonds
    1 oz peanuts
a Kashi dark almond mocha granola bar
    24 cinnamon teddy grahams
    SmartPop Popcorn
    Fiber One Chocolate Brownies

They all are pretty filling and range between 90-130 calories.
