Any ideas for healthy meals in Nandos. I've got a team meal I can't avoid tomorrow and I want to plan in advance to help me make good choices.

An thoughts/ideas/tips welcome.

Thanks, Jen.

    http://caloriecount.about.com/nandos-nutrition-m659

This link gives the nutrition information for all their dishes. I'd just browse the menu and pre-select something that will fit in your calories/macros for the day.

Had to look the place up, wasn't familiar with it.

Assuming this is the right place: http://www.nandosperiperi.com/menu, they have their menu with calories online.

If it were me, I'd do a 1/4 chicken (breast and wing) and corn on the cob.

Butterfly chicken breast and a side salad won't do much damage.

I always have the butterfly chicken, the macho peas and corn on the cob....yum.....

I had the ratatuille once but it was tiny and a bit rubbish.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

I did try the peas and there were tasty.

Don't think it can be a regular thing, but OK just once in a while.
