Healthy Fat Suggestions?

Hi all! So I've been trying to tweak my diet to sort of get things balanced from a world of glutinous self indulgence that reigned for the last few years. I feel like I am getting closer to eating healthier but still not hitting the recommended fat intake, coming in at 20-30 grams most days.
I'm 5'9, 254 lbs and getting a few hours of exercise on my bike every day now as I eat about 1700-2000 calories on average and feel fine with plenty of energy.
Mostly just looking for any off the wall suggestions for where a picky eater might go to get some hopefully healthy fats in his diet. Most nuts manage to offend me to the point of being physically ill and avocados terrify me so the usual suspects would be incredibly difficult for me to integrate into my life.
I am GREAT at eating the same thing all the time and not getting bored though so if there are some things that might work I probably wouldn't need many options.
I've debated adding a little red meat into my diet but as I understand it, it comes with some not so great fats too. Feel free to take a look through my diary to get a feel for the stuff I eat now and any ideas that might compliment it. The fat would probably replace at least one of the two fruit shakes I have most days since I want to get the sugar down (it used to be 64 ounces of Mt. Dew so be gentle!).
My calorie summary is a little wonky, I set it down low when I started because I don't like the way it grossly overestimates the calories I burn riding and didn't like seeing that I had an extra 3000 calories to eat each day. I'll fix that eventually and just input the actual calories once I get a better estimate for that.
Anyway, any tips or advice is appreciated. I've mostly been ignoring it but with my repetitive nature if I don't find something it could be an issue down the road.
Thanks!

Hey there,
I thought this webpage might help out. It breaks down the different types of fats, and also gives you examples:

Hope that helps! Good luck with your weight loss journey and feel free to add me - I'm on every day!0 -
Don't be scared of avocados! They're delicious~
Good coconut oil/olive oil. Occasional butter. Nut...butters? I know you said nuts offend you, but you might find one you like!0 -
Thanks for the tips and link. I think ultimately I'm just going to have to learn to bond with Olive Oil and see how that goes. My wife always puts the stuff on bread and for the life of me that never made a lick of sense, who would have known it was good for you?
I wish I could get over the nut thing... 3 years old, a group of nuns at my preschool and a mixed up lunch that left me with my sisters peanut butter sandwich doomed me to a lifetime of nut aversion. I'd get therapy for it but if I start curing all of my crazy I'm just not sure I would like myself nearly as much.0
