My personal favorite are Crunchy Rice Rollers by Bamboo Lane. At 45 calories each they are great. Little sweet, super crunchy and they kind of remind me of the homemade popcorn balls my grandma used to make. Another thing I love is 1 cup of seedless watermelon. (under 50 calls) I am interested in finding some other snacks so please share

Snacks in America might be different from UK, but there are alot of low fat/cal biscuit snacks out there that are yummy and take the "sweet" craving away with no bad feeling. What I love for a low fat snack is tomatoes, just normal tomatoes sliced on toast with mustard and pepper ????0

Tomato with salt and vinegar

I've never heard of black bean hummus before. Sounds yummy!!
There's lentil hummus as well...they both have fewer calories than regular hummus made from chickpeas. And they're usually spicy.0 -

A cup of microwave popcorn is about 25 cals, so you can do 1 cup or 2 cups for 50 cals. The whole bag is about 150 cals, so if I really need a filling snack, my hubby and I split the bag for 75 cals each. And I usually have a half a cup to a cup left and I am full.0

Those sound terrific. I will have to check them out0
-
Kashi southwest bbq black bean crisps. 10 chips for 47 calories and just as yummy as regular "chips."0

Trader Joe's - Roasted Seaweed snack. You can eat 1/2 a package and it's only 30 calories.
I love Wonderful Pistachios, the Sweet Chili flavor. SO good and only 50 calories for half a pack.
Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Crisps are super good! You can have 2 pieces for a total of 37 calories.0 -
50 calories? Sorry but 50 really seems like a waste of effort.0

50 calories of anything probably wouldnt fill me up. But when I'm looking for a fix to the mindless snacking at my desk... my current obsession is baby carrots and sriracha for dipping. Sounds weird but its delish!0

probably 1/2 a jelly bean, or cherry tomatoes, generally raw and steamed veggies with fresh herbs should do, like others said popcorn is really light and you could make it your own and experiment with flavours eg nutmeg, cinnamon and stevia if you want to add sweetness or savoury like herbs and a little olive oil0

16 slices of turkey pepperoni is 70 cals. and pretty dang good!0

Chopped apples and strawberries with mint and lime.0

- Baked kale chips
- Banana chocolate chip oatcake (about 40-45 cals/cake) (recipe: http://www.theoatmealartist.com/2013/03/banana-chocolate-chip-oat-pancakes-for.html I make these with the almond milk from above)
- 2 cups Simply Salted popcorn (Orville Redenbacher)
- 1/2 apple sautéed with spray of coconut oil, dash of cinnamon, tiny sprinkle of brown sugar0 -
That oatcake recipe looks delish! Will have to try it. Thanks :flowerforyou:0

I eat so much celery, it is literally my favourite snack! Although it's not the most filling, it's extremely low in calories;less than 15 calories for approximately one cup. Apples are great too. Rice crackers are low in calories and come in lots of flavors as well.0

Light string cheese usually. Also I like one snack size frozen fudge bar (they're made by Weight Watchers but sold in grocery stores)...like a Fudgecicle with a little added protein and fiber. Or a few Tootsie Roll midgees.0

Honey dew melon if in season. Berries of any kind. Hummus with veggies. South Beach style turkey roll ups or a slice of turkey, Canadian bacon or even some cold, baked chicken.
Chessman cookies! 3 cookies are 120 so a scrumptious chessman cookie dunked in my coffee.
Pickled herring, artificial crab. Although I avoid most processed foods, I do love having artificial crab as a fairly healthy snack. I don't eat much lunch meat. I usually bake a whole chicken or turkey and just debone. The Butterball smoked turkeys make amazing sandwiches and a bacon substitute for flavoring soups!0
