Sounds silly since I have only been a member on here for two days but I started off with weight watchers and switched here. I have lost 20 pounds so far.

Has anyone reached their goal weight? how do you maintain on here? is there a setting?

    Yes, just set your desired loss to zero. You'll still need to tweak your numbers to find what keeps you from gaining or losing. You can adjust your macros, too. The defaults for protein are pretty low.
