Hi Im Stephanie. I have two groups I am running, one is called "No more excuses Janurary, lose 10+ lbs" and the second one is "Can you lose 50 lbs by July 1st? challenge!!!" We weigh in on Saturdays. I post a chart of Mondays. The only rule we have is you must weigh in every week and you must be positive, I believe if your negative, it is harder to lose the weight. If you miss weigh in, we delete your name, unless you had an emergency situation. You can weigh in Friday or Saturday. But weighin in is a must. Today in both groups we had a mini challenge to burn 500 calories today. We push each other to succeed. If your interested your welcome to join.

hi, I am interested in being in your group I need more motivation, I wish I had some friends that were as into TRING to lose weight, its hard, BC no one BUT me needs to lose weight, so I am trying to just cook healthy BUT thats hard as well BC some complain, but my hubby is AWSOME, he is a great help, he will make lite recipes for me/us at lest 3 x a week! I lost 65 lbs in the last year BUT we are milatary family and well needless to say we moved and I got a lil depressed, bumed out, no friends, just lonley and gained about 15 lbs back :brokenheart: BUT I am starting again and so this is why I need some extra help, I weigh my self every other morning :ohwell: it inspires me BC if I even see .8 lbs im HAPPY as a pig in mud :happy: :happy: well now what do I do to be a part?? hope to hear from ya, take care and have a great weekend ,,

How you join the groups is you go to Message Boards, then go to Motivation and Support, We are big groups so usually you can find our group in the first page if not, click Search and type in the group you want to join. I always have you post your screen name (screen name is used only because it is common to get multiples of the same first name, and it makes it harder to find you on the chart), start weight, goal weight, what you will do to lose your weight. We have weigh in tomorrow saturday. The only rule we have is to weigh in. If you do not weigh in I remove your name. I started on Fridays having a mini challenge for the groups because its good to have a Last Chance Workout since Sat is weigh ins. Today in both groups we burned 500 calories each. The new challenge is to burn 3,500 calories total between tomorrow and next Friday. Then you can reward yourself with anything other than food. These mini challenges are voluntary to do.0
