Fitness Group!!!!!

Hey guys. I am really struggling to get back into the habit of working out so I figured I would try and start and fitness group? Anyone interested. I found this plan online and i did the routine last night (thinking that it would be wicked easy)... ummm ...yea i was a bit sore today. So here is the link...

check it out. I am going to combine that with additional crunches (i loveeee crunches) and at least 30 minutes of cardio per day! who's in?
WEEK ONE - DAY ONE:

forgot to mention i will be away this weekend...but hopefully when i get back i will have some fitness buddies!!!
