Need help with exercise entry

I use a pedometer and dont no how to add it in to me daily exercise. Is this even reasonable to add?

It would probably depend on your activity level. Are you active or low activity level. If you are moderate to high, then yes...if not it is probably of little use.0

Yes, if you're walking a lot for work or just for your daily activities, then you put it into your lifestyle.
I believe the exercise entering is for a concentrated aerobic exercise. (including walking)

Thank you for your responses. I am not able to do moderte exercise due to a heart condition. So I try to increase my "steps" each day. But thanks for giving me your insights.0
