I need to be 165 for my next tournament. I'm 170 this morning. I usually enter weight classes anywhere from 154 to 165. I have to cut weight to make a 154.

Without knowing your height there's not much more I can say. If you're 5'8" you weigh 215 and if you're 6'7" you weigh 295.

5'10" and I'm 280
