Has anyone here ever taken advantage of the "extra" calories earned due to exercising?

Mostly yes. But I'm also not as focused on weight loss currently. Running makes me want to eat all the foods.0

yes, regularly. Although I dont eat all the earned extras but I do have some - it's my treat :flowerforyou:0

Only after Saturday and Sunday long runs, and only if I'm hungry. I don't eat anything if I'm not hungry, no matter how many calories I've got left. Usually, though, I'm hungry after running for several hours. ha ha ha.
During the week, thought, I don't eat back the calories. I've been running for a while and I'm pretty sure my body thinks that an hour or so of running is "normal".0
