Is NROLFW a DVD set or a book series? I'd love to do/read it. Great job!0

Wow, great transformation, you must feel amaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing! I bought the book recently, and am planning on starting the program in September after my Marathon I am training for. Can't wait!0

MsValerieAnne - it's a book. There's a whole series, but I'd highly recommend For Women
Next off I'm thinking about stepping away from New Rules. Thinking I might branch into Stronglifts or look at a programme by Nia Shanks0 -
That is truly awesome Did you go to a gym or use free weights at home. And if at home what would u recommend as the basic kit? If you are stepping way from New Rules can I borrow the book LOL. Keep it up you are so close to your goal and I salute your dedication.0

aww thanks everyone :blushing:
NROLFW is a book about weight lifting for women. I'd honestly recommend it to everyone and anyone. Its changed my life.
I workout at home so use a barbell, dumbbells, home gym, bench, weight plates and squat rack. Though I've built up my equipment over the course of the programme - there are modifications given for certain exercises if you don't have the equipment. A barbell, dumbbells and weight plates would be a great start - and an appointment with a PT to check form0 -
