Hello! I'm Julian,

I've been around for a couple years, I haven't been logging for a long time. I lost a lot of traction with the weight loss when I kept getting ill in the winter. I feel much better now and I've been back on track for a week or so. I'm determined to lose another 20-ish lbs and I know that I can do it. I've got some great people on here already who help me out every day, but I feel like there are more of you bright motivated people that I can benefit from and help mutually. Let's kick some *kitten* and get to a place of physical and mental happiness.

I've also taken up long distance running over the past couple of months and I'm making excellent progress, any other runners, veteran or beginner would be awesome to have around to share experiences with!

    Congrats on taking up distance running. That's quite the commitment! I've started training for my first triathlon and am hoping to improve my running as a by-product of that. Right now I usually run 5k a couple times a week, but am looking to improve on that.
