Recipes for Picky Eaters?

I'm a really picky eater, and I'm working on eating a wider range of foods but if anyone has suggestions for healthy meals that aren't full of strange foods that would be great!

My biggest issue with food is that I can't handle weird textures. So like beans and avocado are big no no's to me.

Can you explain what foods you CAN eat?

    Don't get people like this.

Not one food in the world I wouldn't eat or enjoy.

For some reason, it's always the people who are overweight who are the "picky eaters" and find a lot of food disgusting. You'd think it'd be the opposite.

It's hard to explain, I'm not picky flavor wise for the most part, I just don't like food with weird textures. So I don't like beans or tofu, I'm willing to try most veggies and fruits. I just know a lot of the healthy recipes I look up include beans of some sort. Or quinoa, which I'm not a fan of either.

No one has to eat quinoa or avocados or beans or anything like that to drop weight. Eat less of what you are already eating.

Lots of people are under the impression that they must eat a salad or "healthy food" to lose weight.

I eat complete junk, a box of cereal a day and a stupid amount of carbs 800+ and am the leanest I've been in my life.
