Hi there, I am looking to lose just under a stone in the next 50 or 60 days before my holiday and then to maintain healthier choices - through healthy eating and cutting out crisps and chocolate (and cheese haha). I aim to exercise 5 days a week with 60 mins of cardio and 60 mins of weights each time.
I weight 10 stone 4 and looking to drop to around 9 stone 6.
However I don't plan on wanting to look scrawny, I want to look fit and healthy!
Anyone else on the same boat and wants to help me stick to this healthy lifestyle (especially at the weekends) - although I don't drink alcohol - friday, saturday and sunday become a mass of unhealthy eating even if I have done well all week.. and then Monday comes, I feel 10 times worse and have to start again! ahhhhh.

Hey! I have similar goals (trying to do it on a longer time scale though.) Also the same problem of weekends being awful binge-fests! MFP friends?0
