only just noticed the difference (w pic)

i was feeling a bit low, (maybe it was the january blues) and didnt feel like i had made much improvement of late even though i have been doing cardio and strength training every day for the past month.
the scales hadn't really changed much so i decided to to a before and after photo thingy of my tummy, the part i always hated the most. i am astonished to actually see a difference. so today has gone from a low day to a good day!
