Workout Frequency

This is the first time I've joined and gone to a gym. I've been doing the provided circuit training and then follow up on the treadmill. It's about 45-60 minutes total. And, I LOVE IT!
How frequently should I go? I've heard everything from daily to three times a week. I really need to make this a habit so I stick with it. But, I've heard going daily is actually bad for you. EEK... I am so confused.
Thanks for your input! :ohwell:

You have to figure out what works for your body (listen to it. If you need a rest day every other day, then do so), BUT working out everyday is not recommended.
Personally, I workout 4-6 times a week and I've been doing just fine.0 -
depends on what you do. with circuit training you could probably go every day if you wanted to. going every day is counter productive if muscle gains are you primary goal, since your body needs the time to recover from the intense workouts needed to build said muscle
if you dont feel too sore i say go however often you feel you can0 -
Thanks for the suggestions!0
