      Because... this thread is from last year and I don't see you on the last 4 or so pages.... and shut up... just because...

      I have packed on some muscle but also some weight, so there isnt a drastic improvement there. But I may do it later in my new swimming trunks.

      I'll do it later this week.

      Had to send phone off to get it fixed ( dropped in toilet.. oops ) and that's my only camera for a bit.

      Would also look weird if I Randomly started stripping in Tim Hortons haha

      Managed to get a new phone ( Rogers is awesome )

      Insecure? nah. Know I need to lose weight and get my abs back? 100% yes.

      Lost 40 since Jan, I'm at 230 now; so still some work to be done; but in Dec I'll be back to 100% ( Gained this weight after tearing achilles, fracturing foot and damaging tendon )
