    Just wish my arms were about five inches longer. There's something to be said for guys who are built like gorillas when it comes to the deadlift. Ed Coan and Lamar Gant are great examples. LoL.

    Was feeling good about myself today so took another pic.

    I just wanted to say from a girls side that it is confidence in a man that is attractive. Your smile in this picture is what attraction is all about! If a guy feels good, strong and has courage it stands out more than anything else to a woman. :wink:

    This is such a great post! I love it! I just had to say everyone on here is looking great! Keep it up guys!

    I wasn't going to start posting anything until I was down 20 pounds but what the heck. If all goes as planned I'll never wear this swimsuit again.

    Haywirell...I am a woman who was 280 pounds last year. I still haven't got the courage to take any photo of my body except under a camophlage of baggy clothes. I applaud you for taking THIS PHOTO...not a photo after some weight loss. You have your 'before photo', but I don't.

    One day, you will be showing this photo to others; and they won't believe how you USED TO LOOK. Those folks will be saying, "How did you do it?", "How did you lose so much weight?", "That is amazing!"

    As for me, I think that you are amazing today...because you did what I can't do yet. You let your true self be seen. Way to go, my MFP brother. :happy:

    I even get embarassed, when my hubbie say something nice about my body. I hide most of it from him...except in the dark. How bad is that? :ohwell:
