Camera is crap, the mirror is ugh.
And I'm getting to the weight I want but have a ways to go in the bf%.
Mark me "in progress". And I'd like to thank the guys that posted here - your confidence builds that of others. Bravo.

You look great man. What are your current goals?

    Thanks!
My goals are to lose 6 lbs and tighten the hell up - 15-16% bf. That's 3-4% bf to go, about 3-4 months then and re-evaluate.
I'm not going for a body builder look (which I think rock!) but I do want to be fitter/leaner (which are my more reasonable goals with my lifestyle)

My goals are around doing things - half marathon this year plus at least a triathlon event, RAGBRAI again but pulling a tandem and/or a major bike ride (Transalps or Atlas self support) and a Paris / Lille or Munich/Frankfurt ride.
In 2014 to do a half IronMan and another major ice hike (Alaska/North Pole/a Himalaya ice trek).
In the next two years I plan to lead a group ride across the Istmo de Tehuantepec or a similar challenge.

You're so cool, dedicated and knowledgeable that I forget you might still want to change your body!

A barbell of course. One is a scar from Aug 2011. The other was recent.

In the women's post, I was one of the guys who asked what the male equivalent would be- I asked all of the people in my FL here, and most all of them replied that it was "all for the individual person." I though about this myself realized that my greatest insecurity has always been about taking off my shirt. I remember as a kid, we went to a big water park as a family, and I was so scared about taking off my shirt, that I didnt even go swimming. I spent my time with my shirt on and just put my feet in the water for 2 hours. That was back when I was in the 300+ range!

Now that I am down to the 200s, I am STILL plagued with this fear! I know that I have lost the weight, but there are times when it still feels like I am my original size, so taking off my shirt still feels like a scary thing. I don't take my shirt off when it might make sense (say, like when I do a bikram yoga class) and I have even quit basketball games because we were going "shirts vs. skins." I am working on this, and one way is by putting this online.

@whierd - thanks for getting this started, brother!
