24 Hour Challenge - June

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying. We had phenomenal participation last month!

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of May... Good luck everybody! We've got this!

    6/2: 20 min bodyweight training (boot camp) / 40 min circuit/strength training / 30 min jogged 2.5 miles

    It breaks down to an average of 47 minutes a day....that is how I need to think of it. Here we go!

    6/2-35min jogging + 4min plank/situps/pushups challenges

    Thanks, the exercise is helping, still have that vulnerable feeling but I guess that will last awhile. I really appreciate the thoughts/concern.
