Goal is to lose about 50 lb

Hi everyone,

I would like to start Body Revolution from June 2. Trying to find motivation and time to start it again. I did three phases almost a year ago, and after moving to another place I relaxed and gained a lot of weight back. Now I need to lose 48.5 lb (22 kg). If someone wanna join me, it would be great. Let's support each other. I would much appreciate your recommendations on how to keep going and how to restrict yourself in meal (what kind of a diet plan to choose and how to adhere to it). Thanks.
