Can I Eat More Calories and Lose Weight Faster?

I am 5'5 and female. My goal weight is 106, I am 113, (started at 128) and I consume 1200 calories a day, but I have developed a bad habit of cheating so lately it's been more like 1300. Is this definitely bad, or can it work for me being that I only have a small more ways to go? I heard that eating more calories could help you out towards the end. I do strength workouts everyday but only squeeze in some cardio sometimes. I am only lightly active...

You already seem pretty small, I wouldn't be working on losing any more weight if I were you, maybe if you're unhappy with how your body looks, try a bit of heavy weight training to get a bit more muscle definition.

You should be aiming to lose 1/2 pound a week, or a daily deficit of 250 calories. 100 additional calories a day is erasing half of that deficit. You won't magically lose weight by eating more. You have to eat at a deficit to lose weight.0 -

Body recomposition will probably give you the look you are after, and let you eat more calories. Best of both worlds.0 -
Hi everyone i am new here , i was wondering if someone could answer a question for me , the little * that says youve earned so many calories of your workouts today , do i need to consume more of those ? or is that just telling you if you wanted to cheat you have calories to play around with ? lol im doing bodyweight exercises and strength trainging .. My name is Iris by the way !! any help would be great !! Im at 138.6 lbs im trying to get down to 135 , 130 would be great ..0

Well it is good to know I need to buckle down if I want to shed a little more. Building muscle is important to me too and I will definitely look into it more :-)0
